Photography wasn't just a chosen path; it was a gift that found me one Christmas in 2017 when my dad handed me a camera. That month, I captured everything from the mundane to the magnificent. It didn't take long before I realized that through my lens, I could tell stories that might otherwise remain unseen. From animal encounters at the zoo to the serene vistas of state parks, my early adventures were gateways to a larger world waiting to be explored.
My passion for the outdoors isn't just about capturing images; it's about conserving the awe-inspiring beauty of our world. Each photograph is a step towards understanding and preserving our planet. Behind the camera, I find myself in a world apart, looking through a magnifying glass, searching for untold stories. Whether it's the fleeting smile of a stranger or the ancient stillness of a desert, I strive to convey these stories and emotions through my photos.
Choosing locations and subjects is an adventure in itself, guided by natural beauty and the pull of the unknown. My portfolio is a diverse reflection of this journey—ranging from intimate portraits to grand landscapes. I believe in embracing every opportunity, no matter the challenge. This philosophy took me to Phoenix, Arizona, for an Elite Clubs National League soccer competition, where I not only connected with athletes and referees but also with the spirit of the desert. The rugged beauty of Walnut Canyon, the historic vistas at El Tovar, and the awe-inspiring expanse of the Grand Canyon deepened my love for photography and the stories it can tell.
